Matters needing attention:
It is not allowed to turn off the fan motor before the temperature drops to 100 ºC in case the hot Air wheel broken with Large temperature difference, because of Wailaan brand gas conveyor pizza oven using Italy motor and Italy Imported Hot Air Wheel.
