The ribbed belt power roller conveyor is a new type of roller conveyor, driven by a ribbed belt . The rollers with a ribbed belt wheel at one end are staggered through a fixed- length ribbed belt, one ring and one ring. The ribbed belt drive is simple, easy to install and maintain. It can be equipped with a 24V electric drum motor as the power source. The electric drum drive is installed on the same machine side as the conveyor roller. Whe the small motor is installed , there is an independent drive frame on the lower side f the frame. The PJ ribbed belt conforms to ISO9982, with a pitch of 2.34mm. Its conveying capacity is strong, which is more than three times that of the tranditional O-belt. At the same time, it has the inherent high-speed and quiet characteristics of the O-belt transmission cable.
